PRINTING BELT DRIVING SYSTEM
The Printing Belt is driven with gearing by twin AC Digital Servo Motor being
operated by the numerical control method. The Printing distance is set by the
digital switch manipulation in the main control unit. The printing belt can be
fed repeatedly, fast and accurately. Because of driving by twin AC Servo Motors,
the printing accuracy with high precision is always kept regardless of the
printing belt tension. Operator can choose one among the continuous driving,
and manual or automatic driving.
BELT REPEAT RANGE
Belt Repeat Range is able to be changed by 0.1mm each from 0.1mm to 9999.9mm.
However, in the case of adapting continuous Heating & Pressing Device, Belt Repeat Range
is controlled from 400mm to 2,400mm.
SQUEEGEE DRIVING SYSTEM
Each printing unit is driven by an AC Servo Motor with single and synchronized
driving. Squeeging can be converted in three modes. The drive force is smooth
stopping and driving as well as offering a speed change with variation from Max.
3.0mm/sec to Min. 0.1mm/sec. During the setting of the stroke length, detail adjustment
and the change of printing width, the drive is adjusted and automatically driven
in accordance with the printing speed.
SCREEN UP/DOWN SYSTEM
In case of Frame’s driving by hydraulic system, big noise and oil leakage are
happened, also it needs larger room. To minimize the noise in screen up/down, we
have developed “Screen up/down system using CAM device” so installed two(2) AC
Servo Motor to left, right each side.
Operator can control it by main panel’s operating, also it’s possible to control the
up/down speed. (Especially, our company has got the patents for this Screen up/down
system from our Government in 1999)

1. Prepare the water tank system
The use of the preparation tank can accurately measure the amount of water to ensure the accuracy of the bath ratio; prepare hot water in advance to reduce the wrinkle phenomenon of the cloth surface, and the preparation tank has the function of pre-adding additives, which can realize the central automatic injection of dyes and additives.
2. Unique horizontal dye liquor circulation system
This system can add the dyestuff to the main vat for dilution, and directly add it to the main pump port instead of the traditional dyeing machine injecting material, avoiding the phenomenon of fabric segmentation, and can make the dyeing liquid fully mixed in the main vat.
3. Automatically adjust nozzle system
This system can set detailed nozzle pressure and flow parameters according to different types and weights of fabrics, and the nozzles can automatically adjust the gap size to achieve the consistency of the fabric surface style and avoid the need for manual replacement of old-style fixed nozzles. , The problem of not many specifications selection, and has the automatic nozzle cleaning function, completely avoiding the phenomenon of old-fashioned nozzle clogging.
4. Octopus uniform water distribution system
This system can make the flow of the dye liquor to the nozzle reach a uniform distribution, and avoid the uneven flow caused by the uneven flow caused by the traditional dyeing machine's multi-stage distribution.
5. Smart washing system
The system can set the lowest water-bath ratio by itself according to different fabrics, colors, and loads. Actively detect the salt content and chromaticity data of the dyeing liquor water, so that the washing effect is accurate and reproduced every time, which replaces the disordered water use caused by the traditional set fixed washing process.
